Mindful Wellbeing and Performance


Hello and Welcome!

Thank you for visiting the IOSM Public Learning Portal.

Attending IOSM’s Mindful Wellbeing and Performance Master Class is a pre-requisite for enrolling in this program. If you haven’t yet completed the live class, please go here to register, or contact us here for more information.

If you have completed the live Master Class, please click here to unlock the program - Use the CODE in your post-class email to zero-out the enrollment fee.

When you login, you’ll be prompted to provide a brief eval of the Master Class — and then on to your pre-course assessment, introductory information, and first week’s lesson (a review of fundamentals covered in the Master Class).

Each week, a new topic and series of brief lessons will appear. Please budget 45 minutes a week (+/- 15 mins, depending on video content), to work through them.

Following our first class, and daily for the next 8 weeks, you’ll receive a morning email with a 5-7 minute guided audio practice.
